YS-65XBK is an intelligent, high-speed, and stable particle automatic packaging equipment designed specifically for packaging granular materials with good fluidity. This device integrates automatic measurement, bag making, filling, sealing, cutting, and date printing, and is suitable for small dose high-speed packaging needs. +Working principle

Measurement system: Automatic measuring devices such as electronic vibrating discs or measuring  cups/combination scales are used to accurately dispense granular materials according to the set weight.

Bag making system: Automatically pull out the composite film or single-layer packaging material roll film, and use a molding machine to make packaging bags.

Filling system: The granular material automatically falls into the forming bag according to the set amount.

Sealing and bag cutting: using heat sealing method to seal, and then automatically cutting into single package products.

Date printing (optional): Equipped with a ribbon coder or inkjet device, it can print the production date/batch number on the bag body.
