The equipment mainly consists of a storage hopper, a screw feeding system, a servo motor control system, a human-machine interface (touch screen), a filling port, and a weighing system.
The operator places the container to be packaged at the filling port;
The system automatically starts the screw rotation (driven by servo motor) to accurately measure the required materials;
Screw sends powder or particles into the packaging container;
According to the weighing feedback, the system can make slight corrections to ensure filling accuracy;
After filling, manually remove the container or use a turntable for semi-automatic circulation operation.
