The CDR-5A capsule and tablet bottle filling machine is an automated equipment designed specifically for bottle counting and filling of drugs, health products, and other small particle products. +Working principle

Material feeding: 

Capsules or tablets enter the machine's feeding port through a vibrating disc. The feeding system uses vibration to transport the product smoothly and evenly.

Electronic counting: 

Through high-precision electronic sensors, the system automatically calculates the quantity of each capsule or tablet passing through the conveyor belt. When the set quantity is reached, the machine automatically stops and prepares to fill.

Automatic filling: 

After the counting is completed, the machine will automatically transport the capsules or tablets from the counting device to the bottle mouth for automatic filling.

Packaging completion:

 After filling, the bottle is moved to the sealing and labeling system to complete the entire packaging process.
