YL-2B semi-automatic counting machine is an efficient and accurate small item counting device, suitable for small items with regular or irregular shapes such as granules, tablets, capsules, hardware parts, electronic components, etc. By using semi-automatic operation (manual feeding+machine automatic counting), the counting efficiency is significantly improved and manual errors are reduced.
The material is evenly dispersed to the conveyor belt or counting channel through a vibrating disc or manual leveling.
High precision photoelectric sensors detect signal changes when items pass through, triggering counting once for each item passed through.
The counting results are displayed in real-time on the screen, and support preset quantity alarms (automatically stop if the set quantity is reached).
After counting is completed, the material can be guided into the designated container or packaging bag through the guide groove.
