CED-MS is a fully automatic cotton stuffing machine used to automatically and accurately insert cotton strips into various types of bottles. The product is manually placed on one side of the roller, and the equipment automatically operates to feed, pull cotton, insert cotton tube, turn to the bottle mouth, and insert cotton into the bottle. The equipment will automatically position and fix the bottles. When the bottle positioning time reaches the parameters set by PLC programming, the pneumatic system will automatically replace the bottles, achieving fully automated operation, and each bottle can be filled multiple times.
