The PBX-160 High-Speed Capping Machine is designed to efficiently screw bottle caps onto containers. The working procedure involves clamping and conveying the container bodies using two synchronized belts, while three sets of high-elastic, durable rubber wheels securely screw the caps onto the bottles. This machine is built in strict adherence to pharmaceutical GMP standards and technological requirements. To accommodate various container shapes, including round, rectangular, and most irregular bottles, you only need to adjust the distance between the two synchronized belts and the four sets of rubber wheels, without the need for changing any spare parts.
Bottle conveying: Bottles are conveyed to the capping section through an automatic conveyor belt. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to production needs.
Automatic bottle cap placement: The bottle cap is extracted from the storage area by an automatic cap system and accurately placed at the bottle mouth.
Bottle cap tightening: The machine uses a capping device to quickly and evenly tighten the bottle cap, ensuring the sealing between the cap and the bottle mouth.
