Induction Heating: A high-frequency electromagnetic field is generated by the induction coil.
Foil Activation: The aluminum foil liner (with a heat-sealable layer) is placed on the container mouth.
Heat Generation: When the container passes under the induction coil, eddy currents are induced in the aluminum foil, rapidly heating it.
Bonding Process: The heat melts the sealing layer, fusing the foil to the container lip.
Cooling & Seal Formation: After heating, the material cools, forming a strong, airtight seal.
