The CED-LF Electromagnetic Induction Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine is an advanced sealing device designed for airtight and tamper-evident sealing of containers (such as bottles, jars, and tubes) using aluminum foil liners. It utilizes electromagnetic induction heating to bond the foil to the container opening, ensuring a hermetic seal that enhances product freshness, prevents leakage, and improves shelf life.
Induction Heating: A high-frequency electromagnetic field is generated by the induction coil.
Foil Activation: The aluminum foil liner (with a heat-sealable layer) is placed on the container mouth.
Heat Generation: When the container passes under the induction coil, eddy currents are induced in the aluminum foil, rapidly heating it.
Bonding Process: The heat melts the sealing layer, fusing the foil to the container lip.
Cooling & Seal Formation: After heating, the material cools, forming a strong, airtight seal.
