Heating molding: Soften PVC or PTP aluminum foil through a heating system and form a blister through negative pressure in the mold.
Manual loading: The operator manually places tablets or capsules into the formed blister.
Heat sealing: By heating the mold up and down, the sealing material (such as aluminum foil) is heat sealed with the blister to achieve sealed packaging.
Cooling and shaping: After heat sealing, it is shaped through a cooling system to ensure a firm seal and a beautiful appearance.
Cut off the discharge: Use a handle or knob to control the cutting of the blister into individual packaging units according to size.
