+Working principle

The basic workflow of the particle weighing packaging machine is as follows:

Automatic weighing of materials: The material is fed into the weighing system from the upper hopper and automatically weighed according to the set weight;

Roll film feeding and bag making: Plastic film is made into packaging bag shapes through a molding machine;

Material filling: The weighed material automatically falls into the packaging bag;

Heat sealing: Edge sealing is achieved through vertical and horizontal sealing devices;

Bag cutting output: The system automatically cuts the packaging bag according to the set length, and the finished product falls out of the outlet.

The entire process is precisely controlled by the PLC control system, ensuring accurate weighing, firm sealing, and beautiful bag shape.
