The Automatic Single-Row Powder Back-Sealing Packaging Machine CBZ-50F is a small and efficient automatic packaging equipment designed specifically for powder materials. +Working principle

Roll film feeding: The packaging film is supplied in the form of a roll, and after being tensioned by the film frame, it enters the forming machine;

Bag making: Folding the packaging film into a cylindrical bag shape through a molding machine;

Longitudinal sealing (back sealing): The heat sealing system longitudinally heat seals the cylindrical film material to form a back sealing bag;

Screw metering filling: The servo driven screw system accurately fills the set weight of powder material into the bag;

Horizontal sealing and cutting: The upper and lower openings of the bag are heat sealed and cut to form independent packaging;

Finished product output: The packaged bags fall into the receiving tray or are transported to the downstream equipment.
